Ok fine, the dunce cap can stay, put a large bounty on the bad sports (example $40,000), or perhaps a time out in passive mode for one GTA day. In my honest opinion, Bad Sport/Dunce cap players should be allowed to play with the greater population. But at least allow us to at least play missions with our 'Crew' members and allow non Bad Sport/Dunce cap players to join their friends in the more deadlier servers.
